The First Step to Becoming the Next Alex Honnold
This course delivers the fundamentals required to get you outdoors and climbing rock. The skills acquired on this course are the foundation of sport climbing, trad climbing, multi-pitch climbing, and beyond. All students will also get access to our online course, so you can study before you head out into the field and continue learning even when the field day is over.

This course is designed for individuals with some minor experience with rock climbing and wish to do simple top-rope climbing outdoors. This is the first step to becoming an outdoor rock climber.

All participants are required to read and sign a release of liability waiver prior to their trip.
Participants will practice using a top rope anchor system, the foundational skills of outdoor climbing, under the direct supervision of the Guide in a supportive environment.
