Join Altus Mountain guides and local athletes/ambassadors for clinics and online sessions designed to educate or refresh existing backcountry skills in preparation for the upcoming winter season. Whether you are new to touring or have your share of experience, this event is a fantastic opportunity for attendees to learn, engage and meet industry professionals and other rad people.

What better time to brush up or learn new skills to get you up and down those steeper lines this winter.  The day will be spent in the smoke bluffs going over gear, techniques and more.

This clinic focuses on what to do if there is an avalanche burial! We will cover basic rescue as well as advanced scenarios such as when your transceiver loses the ability to “mark” a buried victim.
