What a phenomenal experience! Kinley was certain to understand the goals and objectives that each participant wanted to get out of the course. Her instructions were extremely clear and well-paced, and she would check in with everyone to ensure that techniques and the rationale behind things were understood, and see how our energy levels were doing. I struggled a bit with one topic, and she took the time to explain it in another way.

We used Altus to guide a climb up the Chief last week and they did a 10/10 job. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and easy to communicate with to plan the trip. For the climb our guide was Drew, who couldn't have been a better guide. He was a fun guy to spend a day with, and an incredibly knowledgeable climber who was more than happy to teach us anything we asked about climbing/anchor techniques throughout the day.
