WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

An overview of what is expected on the CSMM courses. Advanced terrain recognition skills and applying snow pack characteristics to that terrain during winter travel on skis. Learn the necessary skills for glacier travel and companion rescue.  We will cover glacier dynamics, glacier travel, route finding and crevasse rescue in more depth on the courses. WHO FOR

This program is designed for anyone signed up for a CSMM course. If you need to learn the basics or just want to be tuned upo before the CSMM course.  As the instructors for CSMM we know what will be on the course, so this is the best way to get the most out of your CSMM course.
