Norway, The Lyngen Alps

69 Degrees North, Big Peaks and 24 Hour Sunlight.

The Lyngen Alps are one of the world’s great ski destinations.  Located in Norway, this mountain range has no shortage of ski mountaineering objectives to challenge and reward both intermediate and advanced skiers.  While famous for couloir skiing and big steep faces, it is the magnificent views of the Norwegian Fjords, its location in the Arctic Circle and the ability to ski under the Midnight Sun that make a trip to the Lyngen Alps a truly special experience.

We are heading to The Lyngen Alps in April & May to find all the classic spring skiing advantages: daylight, snow quality and snow stability.  These months offer the best snow conditions with more than enough daylight to complete every mission your heart desires.
